Coaching is positive psychology. Counseling helps you look at the past and resolve it, coaching helps you move forward from where you are to where you and Yahweh want you to be.  In our coaching sessions we will explore where you are, where you want to be and find ways to support you as you move forward toward those values and goals. We will explore your vision for your life and make sure it aligns with the vision Yahweh has for your life.

Where do you want to be in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years? Where does Yahweh want you to be in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years? What boundaries do you want to have set and continue to hold? Who do you want to be? Who does Yahweh want you to be? Where do you most want healing to take place in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years? What places within you does He want to heal? How would this healing effect your life? The lives of those around you? How much better would life be?  What support do you need? Where do you need growth to get there?
Partnered with the Holy Spirit, through prayer we will learn what actions you need to take to move forward.

We will find the obstacles and together we will design ways for you to overcome them. As a daughter of the King, you are an overcomer! And we have read the end of the book, WE WIN!

When you coach with me, every session starts with prayer, either you pray, I pray or both! I am on your team. I support YOU. I hear you. I listen with my heart and ears to understand not respond. I see you. I pray for you. I hold you accountable. I run with you towards your healing as hard as you want to run. I sit with you in your grief and pain, until you are ready to move on. I aid you in getting up and choosing to keep going. I champion you. I hold space for you to feel whatever it is you need to feel. I cheer for you on the smallest wins and on the biggest accomplishments! I encourage you.
